Premium Weather Update June 10, 2026

It’s already warm and humid today, even though the hottest and most humid air won’t arrive until tomorrow. Heat Advisories have been posted for much of the region as the risk for heat-related illness increases. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will develop at times through the next few days, with some capable of producing heavy rainfall and, especially through Friday, strong to severe weather. Despite the increased storm threat, much of the period will remain rain-free.
The humidity is expected to break for the weekend as drier air moves into the region. Warm but noticeably more comfortable conditions are likely through the weekend before somewhat cooler weather arrives early next week.
