Premium Weather Update May 27, 2026
A frontal boundary remains to our south, with showers widespread through the Mid-Atlantic; while this has been lifting slowly northward, but while showers have gotten close, they remain a non-issue for us. High pressure over the Northeast remains strong, leaving us with mainly sunny conditions through the week; a weak upper-level disturbance crosses the Northeast, introducing the non-zero shower threat, but as it runs into dry air, it’s likely to do little more than mix in some clouds with a better chance of showers coming into early next week
